ABOUT THE BOOK:

After graduating from Spelman College (International Black Girl Headquarters), Brown built a career telling stories and celebrating Black womanhood. In her book, she shares the highs and lows of her career, imparts essential life lessons from the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and tells hair tales, including why box braids were the only way to go for her first speaking gig at Essence Fest.
