About the Event
Rituals for Wallflowers is a mental health collective that aims to empower, support, and amplify the voices of women, femmes, and gender nonconforming folks. As a collective we will work towards destigmatizing mental illness, encouraging others to talk about mental health, and developing wellness plans for self-care.

Join us on Sunday to learn about coping mechanisms & how to create healthier strategies to deal with stress, anxiety, and significant changes in our environment.
Healing is a process. Developing healthy coping mechanisms is an important self-care tool to help us become more aware of our habits and thoughts. This workshop will help you begin to create a new toolbox for your own health and wellness.
