About the Event
Parenting for Liberation Book Club is a supportive monthly online gathering for parents of color and allies to come together and radically re-envision parenting. We will read, discuss and open our imaginations to ways of parenting grounded in child liberation, resistance to oppression, and an enduring love ethic.
You don’t have to read the book to come. Just show up and we’ll get to know each other then
we will read the first chapter together and see what everyone thinks.
Facilitated by Tina Y, 1.5th-gen Chinese American immigrant, lover of books and tea, and mom of one very spirited 2yo in Brooklyn.
