About the Event
This event is a small and intimate workshop to start the conversation or "The Talk" we all must have with ourselves. Healing is something that we all must face and lets be honest...it is hard, and gross, and ugly. But the beauty in the process is one that should not be rushed and this discussion will focus on that self-talk.
