In celebration of Women's History Month, Elizabeth's Bookshop and Writing Centre, along with The Great Unlearn are pleased to present - The Rich and Dynamic History of Black Owned Bookshops.
This will be a unique conversation amongst Women-led, Black owned bookshops, carrying on the legacy of the Black literary canon and community.
Rachel Cargle, Founder of Elizabeth's Bookshop and Writing Centre is joined in conversation by Kalima Desuze, Owner of Cafe Con Libros in Brooklyn, and Ramunda Lark Young, Owner and Co-Founder of Mahogany Books in Washington, D.C.
