This is the newest, 2023, edition of my Complex PTSD book. It ends with 38 pages of excerpts from my memoir, Homesteading In The Calm Eye Of The Storm: A Therapist Navigates His Complex PTSD. I have also added an index of Key Words. I wrote this book from the perspective of someone who has experienced a great reduction of symptoms over the years. I also wrote it from the viewpoint of someone who has discovered many silver linings in the long, windy, bumpy road of recovering from Cptsd.
